During an energy healing session, I will begin with a short discussion to see what issues you feel are most urgent to address. From there, I will work with my guides to intuitively discover where your blocks are, and what kind of healing is necessary. We may work to balance your chakras, break negative thought patterns, rescript contracts and disconnect cords, heal traumas, or intuitively attune to any other issues. I use a combination of channeled information, meditations, vibrational sound healing, crystals, essential oils, toning, breathwork, and other modalities during a session. Healings can be very transformative and emotional, and you will continue the healing and processing days and even weeks after your session. It is recommended to come in with an open mind, and heart, and to continue to be gentle to your body and mind following your session. Drink plenty of water to continue the cleansing, and feel proud of all of your hard work!
 
2 hour healings also include a full intuitive reading. An intuitive reading or spiritual counseling session will allow me to delve deep and discover the core issues that are affecting your current reality. I will connect to my higher self and guides, and channel information that will be healing and informative for you. I will hold space for you to ask questions as well as I connect to your energy. The first portion of the energy healing will focus on the intuitive reading and delving into areas that we will work on healing energetically in the second portion.
